Property Description
Classic Olde Naples Cottage: Three blocks from Fifth Avenue South and six from the Gulf beaches, this renovated five-bedroom, four-bath home sits directly across from Cambier Park. Set back from the road behind lush tropical landscaping, the home is a private and timeless retreat, yet shops, restaurants, and the beach are an easy walk. Wraparound covered porches, crisp white trim, and Bermuda-inspired details give the exterior a relaxed coastal charm. Inside, a gracious open floor plan has vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, Dade County pine floors, and beadboard details adding warmth and light. Outside, you'll find a heated pool, multiple lounge areas, and a deep lawn. Carefully restored, expanded, and elevated, the home won the national top prize in Better Homes & Gardens' 1992 Home Improvement Contest. A new metal roof and main air-conditioning system were installed in 2025. A walk-up attic provides flexible space for a office, game room, or art studio. Impeccably maintained, with an excellent rental history, this is a rare Olde Naples find.
